Drive lightly:

What’s the rush?
- Good fuel average is directly proportional to lower emissions from the car. Lower emissions can occur when you drive at speed limits and according to the power capacity of your car.

- Surveys and studies report that driving about 70 miles on a reasonable speed of 55 mph can save as much as 30% of fuel which otherwise is burnt unnecessarily.

Idle no more:
Turn off engines at light points. An engine idle for 30 seconds emits the same amount of gases and uses fuel equivalent to turn on the engine. So the best deal is to keep it turned off until you’re clear to move.
